Accessing, browsing, or transacting across the Fabricwala storefront constitutes legally binding submission to the operating terms documented below. If you do not agree with any specified clause, you are advised to exit the digital interface immediately.

1. Product Imagery & Color Consistency

While our in-house production studios calibrate monitor profiles to maximize realistic color outputs, natural handloom silks, raw organic dyes, and specialized heavy zari threads inherently reflect light dynamically. Minor chromatic variances between physical delivery and desktop screen outputs do not constitute manufacturing defaults.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All graphical assets, typography treatments, lookbook collections, written copy, and backend application layouts are exclusive copyrighted assets of Fabricwala. Unauthorized mass web-scraping, automated cloning, or manual distribution of brand assets triggers immediate litigation protocols.

3. Pricing & Typographical Errors

We maintain active validation checks across pricing nodes. However, in the rare event of systemic server defaults mapping incorrect retail costs, we reserve the right to cancel unfulfilled transactions and issue full synchronous refunds back to the client account.

4. Limitations of Liability

Fabricwala shall not be held liable for peripheral operational bottlenecks resulting from severe macro-environmental occurrences (natural disasters, nationwide transport blockades, telecommunication outages) beyond ordinary managerial scope.
