1. Dispatch Timelines

We pride ourselves on our lightning-fast logistics network. All pre-made standard apparel and unstitched fabrics are rigorously quality-checked, sanitized, and dispatched from our primary fulfillment warehouse within 24 to 48 hours of order placement.

Note: Custom-tailored or specialized pre-order items require an additional 3-5 days for expert stitching.

2. Domestic Delivery Partners & Transit Times

We partner exclusively with premium Tier-1 logistics networks including Bluedart, Delhivery Premium, and Amazon Shipping to guarantee secure and rapid door-to-door transit.

• Metro Cities (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore, Kolkata, Chennai): 2 - 3 business days post dispatch.
• Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3 - 5 business days post dispatch.
• Remote Regions / North East India: 5 - 7 business days post dispatch.

3. Shipping Fees

We provide Complimentary Express Shipping across all orders within India exceeding ₹1,499. For prepaid orders below this threshold, a flat ₹99 handling charge applies.

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders entail a standard ₹50 cash-handling charge mandated by courier providers.

4. Automated Live Tracking

Once your shipping label is generated, you will instantly receive an SMS and Email notification containing your live tracking hyper-link. You can also monitor your dispatch in real-time by entering your AWB number directly into our dedicated Track Order portal.
